If there is a problem, you should complain to someone higher up and mention the Americans With Disabilities Act. Most likely they legally would have to accommodate you under federal law, but I'm not sure if this applies to Indian casinos. They want people to be able to gamble, and they already tell players their totals if it looks like they are too dumb to add the cards fast enough.
